Innovation Culture Development
The need for innovation is everywhere. It is easy to talk about it but very difficult to create an environment where innovation can flourish. It is not impossible though. It requires determination, vision, the right people and consistency. I have worked in innovative environment (Futures Group, GSK), I was also creating it myself when I was leading teams.
I have been able to oversee and influence the personal and career development of many talented people. Some of them have become highly successful entrepreneurs, some of them moved into top international positions. I also helped senior managers to find the right answers to their burning questions recently as a coach. Last year I published my new book (The Book of My Career) an interactive self-help book designed to offer help for individuals who want to build their career successfully. Career development is one of the most rewarding activity for a coach, leader.

Change management focuses on people, and is about ensuring change is thoroughly, smoothly and lastingly implemented. I use toolkits, checklists and outline plans of what needs to be done to manage changes successfully.
