I was fortunate to be part of and lead some great business transformations in my long senior executive career. I was also privileged to work with inspiring leaders who had huge impact on what I now believe about leadership. In my opinion leadership is a personal expression that you design, build and constantly develop, as you advance in your life and career. How you want to contribute as well as lead others is something that you create and pay close attention to all along your career. For your business and the people around you to grow, you need to grow as well. An enterprise transforms as you do, without exception.

As a consultant and business coach I am fully dedicated to working with executives to deliver exceptional performance and transformation in their organization.



In my late twenties I worked in the airline industry (MALÉV) and moved to IT working as Marketing Communication Manager at Apple, I launched the first print media campaign to promote Apple computer products in Hungary.

I was 35 when I was promoted to General Manager of GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare after I had worked in sales and marketing for several years. I have broad FMCG, Pharma and Consumer Healthcare senior executive experience.

I served as General Manager and led the local operation of Colgate-Palmolive. I was head of the Hungary/Bulgaria/Romania sub region at GSK. I moved to the UK and took up a European Sales Director role at GSK leading European sales excellence projects and product launches.  I also worked in the Global Innovation Center at GSK as a Global Brand Innovation Director. Having moved back from the UK, I joined Merck as CEE Regional Director managing a region of 26 markets.

I lived and worked in Australia, UK and CEE.

I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) Certified Coach (ACC) and also completed the International HR Coach Training Program in Brisbane last year. As a consultant and coach I have worked with several multinationals (Metro, HP, GE) as well as successful startup companies.(Logiscool)

Innovation Culture Development

The need for innovation is everywhere. It is easy to talk about it but very difficult to create an environment where innovation can flourish. It is not impossible though. It requires determination, vision, the right people and consistency. I have worked in innovative environment (Futures Group, GSK), I was also creating it myself when I was leading teams.

Career Development

I have been able to oversee and influence the personal and career development of many talented people. Some of them have become highly successful entrepreneurs, some of them moved into top international positions. I also helped senior managers to find the right answers to their burning questions recently as a coach. Last year I published my new book (The Book of My Career) an interactive self-help book designed to offer help for individuals who want to build their career successfully. Career development is one of the most rewarding activity for a coach, leader.

Change Management Transformation

Change management focuses on people, and is about ensuring change is thoroughly, smoothly and lastingly implemented. I use toolkits, checklists and outline plans of what needs to be done to manage changes successfully. I can add one more thing: my personal experience how I have implemented (successes and failures) organizational restructuring, regional investment strategies, mergers, expansion plans.
