As a leadership advisor and coach I have worked together with senior business leaders in almost all countries in Central Eastern Europe. During the past 30 years, I have been learning, teaching, consulting about and doing leadership. I have worked in various executive positions in Hungary and internationally as well. I have founded and led the GROW Group, Hungary’s leading organization and management development consulting company and co-founded the Eastern European Enneagram Institute. Currently, I am engaged in supporting and sharing my experience with senior leaders and their teams at companies in various industries in Hungary and several other countries in the CEE region.

I work as trusted support partners of CEO’s and their teams. In almost all cases it means a common journey for several years. I have clients with whom I have worked for over 6-7 years, being their in all situations they go through. On top of being the trusted personal coach of the CEO, I support her/him and her/his team the development of new strategies, formulating new directions for the company, putting together and manage transformation and change programs, support them in their leadership skills development.  My typical interventions include individual coaching sessions, leadership team development workshops, organizational culture diagnosis with the DENISON method, strategy development workshops, change management workshops, leadership trainings, the Enneagram in leadership trainings and workshops.

I work as an advisor for CEO’s which role means supporting them is several ways including personal coaching, strategy development, transformation program development, change management, communication development, crisis management, team development.

Organizational culture developer

I apply the DENISON organization culture diagnosis and development methodology and tool for culture development programs. My main focus is on how culture impacts organizational performance. With the DENISON tool we pin-point the cultural areas that offer highest performance improvement potential.

Enneagram Trainer

I run training programs for leaders about the knowledge and application of the Enneagram in leadership. I have run programs in Hungary, Serbia, Romania, Czech Republic, Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina
